ABOUT OUR DENTIST REFERRAL PROGRAM
Who Can I refer?
You can refer any active dentist who shares our commitment to excellence, integrity, and service, and currently owns their practice in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, Arizona, or Tennessee.
Is there an incentive for referring my colleague?
Yes. As a token of our appreciation, we offer a referral bonus of up to $50,000 after your colleague joins the Apex Family. Keep in mind that this program is not a contract and is subject to change.
How can I qualify for the full $50,000 referral bonus?
Bonuses will be rewarded as either:

Tier 1: $25,000 – Referral Bonus for an affiliated practice under $1.5 million in average annual collections.
- Tier 2: $50,000 Referral Bonus for an affiliated practice over $1.5 million in average annual collections.
Note: Bonus tiers cannot be combined. All Referral Bonus payments will be paid within 30 days after the affiliation is finalized.
Where can I submit a referral?
If someone you know may be a good fit, please complete our referral form here.
The referring doctor must complete the referral form, representing the candidate’s first contact with Apex, prior to Apex contacting the candidate in order to qualify for the bonus. The first doctor to refer the affiliation candidate will be the only doctor eligible to receive the bonus.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team will review the referral and reach out to your colleague to discuss a potential partnership.
Can I submit my referral if my candidate is already working with a broker?
No. Affiliations where the doctor/practice is represented by a broker or where Apex is required to pay a broker fee, are not eligible for referral bonus payment under this program.
